Nick Stiver grew up in Silver City, NM. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of New Mexico. He graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He started working at Donald D. Vigil, P.C. as a law clerk in 2012 and became licensed to practice law in 2015. Nick represents injured and disabled people; including people injured at work, in car accidents, trip and falls, and other accidents. He is a resolute advocate for disabled people who have been denied their Social Security Disability benefits.
Nick provides smart, strong representation. He believes in preparation and will be extremely thorough when working on your case. Nick believes that everyone deserves strong representation to level the playing field between insurance companies and injured New Mexicans.
Many injured people do not realize that they qualify for more than one kind of benefit. Our office is truly a “one stop shop” for injured people. If you are injured on the job but the person who hurt you does not work for your employer, you might have a Workers’ Compensation case AND a personal injury case. If you can’t go back to work, you might qualify for Social Security disability benefits. At Donald D. Vigil, P.C., we handle all of these cases and understand the interplay between them.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and son, being outdoors, watching boxing, and especially playing tennis. He enjoys teaching tennis to his son and to anyone willing to learn. He has family in Southern New Mexico and enjoys traveling to Silver City to spend time with them.
