Don Vigil has practiced law in New Mexico since October, 1978. In 1985, his practice became Donald D. Vigil, P.C
. He is licensed to practice law before all District Courts in New Mexico, including State District Court, and Federal District Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the New Mexico Workers Compensation Administration and the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Since his years in practice he has represented the injured and disabled of New Mexico, only representing plaintiffs and claimants. His practice includes:
claims for injuries resulting from traffic accidents, including motorcycle, automobile and trucking accidents, claims resulting from uninsured drivers, drunk drivers, and premises liability accidents such as trip and falls in commercial and residential locations or construction related accidents.
